Holon acting as a financial advisor in the sale process of Obram S.A., the leading provider of cheese technology solutions and equipment in CEE region, supported the the sale of the shares to the strategic investor – the Tetra Pak Group company.

Obram was established in 1976, as a Research and Development Centre for Dairy Equipment. The Company provides the technological lines for traditional fresh cheese and ripening cheese, mainly in CEE region. Obram employees 280 people, including 90 engineers in the following departments: Food technology, Construction & Design, Industrial Automation and Control Systems. The Company has two production sites in Olsztyn and Ostrów Mazowiecka.
Holon acted as the financial advisor in the sale process of Obram, which included preparation of the investment offer, identification of investors, transaction structuring and its final execution.

Obram S.A. is the leading provider of cheese (fresh and semi-hard) technology solutions and equipment. The company has been operating since 1976 and has two production sites, in Olsztyn and Ostrów Mazowiecka (with total production area of 6000 m2) that are equipped with latest technology equipment, including CNC centres, steel cutting lasers and specialized technological line for tanks production. The Company offer includes turnkey solutions for production of ripening cheese, fresh cheese, cottage cheese, CIP cleaning stations and pasteurization sets.
Obram currently employs around 280 people, including 90 engineers in the following departments: Food technology, Construction & Design, Industrial Automation and Control Systems. All groups of engineers cooperate with each other during the project to create high quality technical solutions. All offered solutions are tailor made for each client, including prototype/R&D projects.
