Polish company JCommerce, a leading provider of digital transformation services for the enterprise sector, and French Inetum Group, an international provider of a broad spectrum of IT solutions for companies in the financial, insurance and telecommunications sectors, have announced the signing of a transaction for the acquisition of 100% of shares in JCommerce by Inetum Group.

The transaction is part of Inetum's broader strategy to increase its market share in the CEE region, including in particular serving customers from the banking and telecommunications sectors in Poland, which is one of the key markets for Inetum in the region. "Integration with Inetum Poland is an opportunity for the development of our employees, expansion of our offer for clients and new challenges for JCommerce executives" said Piotr Zyguła, CEO and co-owner of JCommerce.

Holon’s team advised JCommerce’s owners in the transaction process including preparation of the company for sale, identification of investors, negotiation of key transaction terms, examination of the company and negotiation of transaction agreements.
