Holon-Translink finalizes the sale of 100% shares of Szop 24 Sp. z o.o. – provider of Intelligent vending solutions and vending operator.

The transaction was conducted in the form of a management buyout by the company's management team. As a result of this transaction, Szop24 is well-positioned to meet the challenging conditions of the vending market in Poland, implement its further development plan, and capitalize on future market opportunities based on its distribution network and unique competencies in managing a vending machine network.

The value of the transaction remains undisclosed.

Szop24 is an innovative distributor in the retail sector, operating a network of vending machines throughout the country. The company runs its operations based on its own unique IoT system (HeartByte) for comprehensive vending machine management.

The Holon-Translink Team acted as the exclusive transaction advisor to the management of Szop24 Sp. z o.o. in the transaction process, including: analyzing strategic options for the company's further development, preparing the company for the transaction, identifying investors, and supporting the management of the transaction process.
