Marc Irisson

Marc is an M&A professional with over 10 years of experience. He started his career as an analyst with MK finance, and then completed his financial background with an MBA from Georgia State University, Atlanta, USA. He co-founded Financiere Monceau back in 2011 and took charge of the food and beverage industry, as well as the IT sectors. He completed several transaction, both buy and sell-side, with French and foreign clients. Marc also fancies working with young entrepreneurs to help them on their startup venture. He has participated in various deals within the IT sector and is member of our IT industry group.

Mathieu Lemesle

Mathieu, Managing Director at Financiere Monceau, has gained experience in the M&A since the early 2000’s. He started his career as an auditor at RSM International France. Subsequently, he joined MK Finance (Deloitte) as M&A analyst, and quickly moved to a partner level. He then co-founded Financiere Monceau in 2011. Over past years, Mathieu has gained an extensive experience in M&A, both sell-side and buy-side, mostly in the healthcare industry, and the building and construction sectors. He also fancies working on distressed M&A deals. He is a partner of Translink since early 2017.

Jacques-Henri Rième

Jacques-Henri is an M&A professional with extensive experience in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Jacques-Henri began his career with MK Finance (Deloitte) back in the mid 2000’s. Over the past years, Jacques-Henri has advised many transactions in the building and construction sectors and in the aeronautic industry among others. Jacques-Henri co-founded Financiere Monceau in 2011. He has participated in various deals within the automotive sector and is member of our automotive industry group.

Tanguy du Chesnay

Tanguy is a seasoned M&A professional with over 20 years of experience. He is a graduate from HEC, ranked #1 Business school in Europe. He started his career in prestigious investment banks such as JPMorgan or BNP Paribas, in Paris, London or New York City. He then joined and developed the M&A boutique Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance, which was acquired by EY, in France, in 2015. Tanguy joined Financière Monceau CF in Paris in June 2021. He leads the Fundraising practice, and contributes to M&A operations, both in the TMT and Impact / Cleantech sectors.

Antoine Tanguy

Antoine joined Translink CF in May 2022. A startup co-founder with nearly 15 years of experience as an M&A and fundraising consultant, Antoine has closed more than 30 deals on behalf of shareholder-managers, private equity funds and corporates. He began his career at EY in 2002 before joining DC ADVISORY. In 2010, he co-founded ZEGREENWEB, a web portal offering content and services focusing on environmental issues and sustainable development, which became the French market leader. He then took up a position as Director in the Technology Media and Telecoms M&A team at PWC CORPORATE FINANCE in Paris from 2015 to 2020. He then joined ADVISO PARTNERS. Antoine TANGUY holds a Masters in Finance from the Toulouse School of Management. He is a member of our TMT group, having closed several transactions in this sector.
