Pharma-insight was founded in 2003 by the Baus family and is headquartered in Hilden, Germany. Co-founder Gabi Baus and her team continue to run pharma-insight, with Guido Baus supporting the integration of pharma-insight into the M3 family as a consultant. The extensive experience in health research and the quality of service provision in the company are what distinguish pharma insights.
The company shows its social commitment by supporting "Wünsch Dir was e.V." (Make a Wish), which supports chronically and seriously ill children and young adults throughout Germany.

M3 operates m3.com, a specialised web portal for medical professionals that provides its health information to more than 300,000 physicians in Japan. Outside Japan, M3 has operations in the US, UK, France, China, Korea and India. With the expansion of its business overseas, M3 reaches 6 million physicians through its global platforms. As an additional service, M3 offers its members services such as marketing support, market research and recruitment support.
