Holon attracted an investor for companies Halofarmacja Sp. z o.o. and Optima Pharma Sp. z o.o. that operate a nationwide pharmacy chain of almost 50 pharmacies under Apteka pod Różą brand.

Our clients, the owners of Apteka pod Różą finalized the sale of 100% shares in both companies. The parties decided not to disclose the transaction value and the acquirer.
