The Holon-Translink team successfully finalized the sale of 100% of the shares of Szop24 Sp. z o.o. – a provider of intelligent vending solutions and a vending operator.

The transaction was carried out in the form of a management buyout by a group of individual investors and the management team of the company. As a result of this transaction, Szop24 is well-prepared to face new challenges in the vending market in Poland, implement a plan for further development, and leverage future market opportunities based on its existing distribution network and unique competencies in managing vending machine networks.

The value of the transaction remains undisclosed.

Szop24, an innovative distributor in the retail industry, operates based on a network of vending machines across Poland. The company conducts operations using its own unique IoT system (HeartByte) for comprehensive vending machine management.
