2006Transaction advisory in the process of the sale of Drukarnia Baad Sp. z o.o. – the leading Polish manufacturer of flexible packaging.
Holon led to the company acquisition by strategic investor Ergis-Eurofilms S.A. – a major CEE plastic processing group listed on the WSE. As a result of the transaction shareholders of BAAD subscribed for new shares of Ergis.
BAAD was subsequently merged with company Eurofilms S.A and afterwards continued operations under the new name of Flexergis Sp. z o.o.
